You don’t have to be Russian to do well in this game. Spin your athlete with the right timing and velocity to build up momentum. The key is to release the hammer at the right time to fling it as far as possible!
Don’t release the hammer at the wrong time unless you want to suffer from massive haemorrhaging and internal bleeding.
